BetterAir Middle East Refund and Replacement Policy

Returns

BetterAir Middle East does not offer refunds. However, we accept replacement requests under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Replacement:

    • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include the proof of purchase.
  2. Process for Initiating a Replacement:

    • Contact us at hello@betterair.ae with your order details and the reason for the replacement.
    • After approval, ship the product to:

  3. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement.
    • BetterAir reserves the right to deny a replacement if the product fails to meet the conditions mentioned above.

Replacement Policy

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  1. Conditions for Replacement:

    • Replacements are available for defective or damaged items due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
    • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents does not qualify for a replacement.
  2. Steps to Process a Replacement:

    • Provide detailed information about the defect or damage, including photographs if possible.
    • Approved replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Warranty Information

BetterAir products include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

  1. Exclusions from Warranty:

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
    • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g., filters).
  2. To Claim Warranty:

    • Register your warranty or report an issue by contacting us at hello@betterair.ae.
    • Ensure you provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Additional Information

  1. Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items qualify for replacements. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for replacements.
  2. Shipping Costs for Replacements:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us.
    • Shipping costs for sending replacement items back to you will be covered by BetterAir if the issue is approved.
