  • Flat shipping fee of AED 25 for standard delivery on all orders.
  • Express shipping is available for AED 35, regardless of the order value.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Express shipping usually arrives within 0-1 business days.
  • Need it faster? Choose express shipping for AED 35, with delivery in 0-1 business days.

How We Process Your Order

  • We get to work on your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Just so you know, we don't process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • During busy times, we might need an extra day or two to ship your order. Thanks for your patience!

Track Your Package

  • Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.
  • You can start tracking your package within 24 hours of receiving this email.

International Orders and Extra Fees

  • Right now, we only ship within the UAE.
  • Please note: Any extra fees (like customs or taxes) are the customer's responsibility.

There's Something Wrong with My Package

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company to report it.
  • Keep all packaging and the damaged items - you'll need these to file a claim.
